It is a prosecco with the initials D.O.C.G. (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin), originally from a geographical area of Veneto (Italy), where the grapes ripen on and around the beautiful hills of Prosecco della Valdobbiadene.
An area that is also included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Prosecco is generally the most exported Italian wine abroad.
In 2014, it surpassed champagne for the first time in terms of volume of bottles sold worldwide.

This wine is made from ‘Glera’, a white grape variety (the basic ingredient of prosecco) and is of the sparkling type.
Produced exclusively from grapes from the youngest vineyards in the hills.
This wine is not acidic at all and has a characteristic armonieus and round.
On the nose, an explosion of peach blossom and fresh fruits, aromas that are reaffirmed in the mouth, where the sweet taste of ripe fruit is perceived at the most extreme point of the tongue, leaving an intense aroma with pleasant sensations.
We offer it in the EXTRA DRY version, i.e. with a sugar content between 14 and 16 g/l so not too dry and not too sweet.
Prosecco Extra-Dry is a smooth wine, which pairs well with a wide range of dishes and occasions, including:

Mathusalem is a type of bottle, usually used for champagne or other sparkling wines with a capacity of 6 liters, equivalent to 8 bottles of 0.75 liters, so it has the capacity to fill 56 glasses.
It is used on special occasions such as the award ceremony of a sporting event, weddings or the retirement of a former colleague or any other excuse to celebrate!
The alcohol content is 11.5% Vol., the pressure in the bottle is 5.0 atm, and the ideal temperature to taste this prosecco is 6-7°
